KVKK and GDPR
We treat personal data under Turkey’s KVKK and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. That includes shopper events in a workspace and the details you send us on this site.
Information we collect
Waitlist and contact forms: name, email, optional shop URL, role. In the product: page, cart, and order events you choose to send, plus the knowledge you ingest for the sales desk.
How we use information
To follow up on access requests, to run the Command Center and the desk you asked for, and to keep the service safe.
Processors
Hosting, cybersecurity, and central logging run with Oriana (https://www.oriana.tech/tr). Application and infrastructure logs go to Oriana Log. They process data on our instructions, not as a public bulletin.
Your rights
