Tracking Health
If a stage never fires, Tracking Health leaves it blank. That is how you debug a shop — not by painting a fake journey.
Read it like a doctor
- Freshness — when the last event arrived.
- Volume — enough to brief, or a quiet Tuesday.
- Coverage — Page → Product → Cart → Checkout → Order. Empty is a clue.
Common holes

| Product view | No Product Viewed on the PDP | Track on the product template. |
| Add to cart | Ajax cart never calls track | Hook the form / added_to_cart. |
| Checkout | Hosted checkout, no event | Emit Checkout Started, or accept a four-step funnel. |
| Purchase | Thanks page never tracks, Shopify not connected | Track Order Completed or connect paid webhooks. Amounts belong on the order. |
Open the events list in the product and click the shop. You should see Page Viewed within seconds. Conversion is orders ÷ visitors. Revenue needs an amount.
