WhatsApp Cloud API is a door we open when the number and templates are real. Until then the row stays disconnected. We will not throw confetti for a message that never left.
What has to exist
- A WhatsApp Business account and a Cloud API number.
- Webhooks pointed at Executen Sales.
- Approved templates for anything outside an open window.
- An opt-out path. STOP is product, not a footer footnote.
The same agent and knowledge follow the shopper from widget to WhatsApp. Human takeover lands in the same inbox. Campaigns stay blocked until the number is connected and the template is approved.
